You don't know until you ask!

I have questions posed to me daily by my clients and friends alike. Many are health related issues, diet and nutrition, sore muscles or chronic ailments, and even questions on how to control the stress level of their day. While I am not an expert on any one of them I seem to have some specific advice that is simple and direct that gives them some direction and even relief! The modalities that I practice as a Holistic Provider are my tools to offering you some relief or prevention that you require in order to gently guide you back to a desired state of balance. Lesson number 1

Get out and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Walk through a park and take note of the beauty around you. Breathe in on the count of 3....and exhale on the same count of 3. Let your thoughts disappear like the clouds over your head. Enjoy the peace in your mind. Do this for 10 minutes during your day instead of waiting in line at Starbucks! Namaste. Melissa, C.H.R.P.
